Thomas Singh March 18, 2020 Share March 18, 2020 I want to use a BSpline to cut out a part of the image, freeze it and track it on top of the same image. How can that be done? The idea is to do a paint job on the image, and then composite parts of the original image back on top. The image moved so I need to freeze and track it. Lee Lanier March 18, 2020 Share March 18, 2020 Bring the footage in through an additional Loader. Set the Loader's Trim and Hold Last Frame parameters to make a freeze frame. Mask the Loader and track it on top of the footage coming through MediaIn.
Thomas Singh March 18, 2020 Author Share March 18, 2020 Thanks! Do I need to bring it in with a loader? It´s the footage so it would make sense to simply pipe from the same MediaIn1 source?
Jussi Rovanperä March 18, 2020 Share March 18, 2020 You can also use Timespeed with speed set to 0, you can choose the frame with delay parameter.

Or, as mentioned, just use Timespeed.
