Nick Kachibaia March 27, 2020 Share March 27, 2020 Hello everyone, I just bought a new display and wanted to check in with you all who are much more experienced than myself in these matters. Would you say this is an acceptable amount of back light bleed and uniformity from an FSI DM240? It is quite pricey and I would love some feedback from the pros to make sure. MichaelTiemann May 27, 2020 Share May 27, 2020 The DM-240 really shines when it comes to using all it's built-in tools. The LCD panel technology does have a certain amount of black bleed, which is why it's important to have a bias light behind it. It is not OLED (which gives virtually pureblacks) not is it light-modulated (like XM-310K zones or XM-311K pixels). But it is great at what it does.
