Once the dispute is fully processed and the funds have been released to us you can request reinstatement of your account. You agree that any costs due to lost access will be at your own expense and that Lowepost will not be responsible for any lost subscription time as a result of having a disabled account after filing a dispute though a payment processor.

You agree and understand that your subscription can be terminated if it’s found out that you share a user account with someone else.
